I needed an alignment on my 150K mile Toyota Matrix before leaving town. Dropped it off at 7:15 and it was ready at 9:45. Cost less than $100 and I couldn't be more pleased to find a trustworthy, local non-dealer service shop.

I RECEIVED AN OFFER IN THE MAIL FROM PETES GARAGE FOR A FREE OIL CHANGE BECAUSE OF MY BIRTHDAY.WHEN I CALLED THEM AND TOLD IT WASNT MY BIRTHDAY FOR ANOTHER TWO MONTHS THEY SAID THEY WOULD STILL HONOR THE COUPON.I TOLD THEM I DIDNT NEED AN OIL CHANGE BUT MY AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT COLD AND MY HEATER WAS NOT HOT.THEY TOLD I COULD STILL GET THE DISCOUNT WITH THE COUPON.MY AIR CONDITIONING IS BLOWING COLD AND MY HEATER IS BLOWING HOT AND I GOT A GREAT DEAL.THEY ARE SO EASY AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH.

I recently sent my daughter in to Pete's to check an issue on her vehicle. Not only did she get taken care of same-day, but they called to let us know status and offered to check fluids on her car when she is in the area for free! I have two young-adult children that need coaching about maintaining a vehicle and it's nice to have someone (other than me) to "drive" home an important point, ha ha! I love these guys!
