i was given an appointment time at 2:OO.I arrived about 20 minutes late expecting to have to wait until they could fit me in since i missed my appt.time.But when I got there and explained why I was late they were very understanding and instead of putting me at the back of the line they brought me in right away and got my car done in just under 30 minutes.I was able to finish the rest of my day without rushing.Thanx Petes garage.
Everyone is always polite and courteous. Randy is very helpful and always friendly. They are prompt and do a wonderful job.
I RECIEVED AN OFFER FOR A FREE OIL CHANGE ON MY TRUCK.i THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE ONE OF THOSE BAIT AND SWITCH SCAMS.BUT I WENT IN ANYWAY.I GOT MY OIL CHANGED FOR NO CHARGE WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE.PETES GARAGE IS THE REAL DEAL!!!
As far as I know at this time, everything seems to be functioning correctly. I appreciate your help, the friendly dealings with each one in the office, and the transportation to and from my home.
