So far everything has been great, very nice,. great while signing papers got the kids cartoons to watch. Very nice people. Had to go back due to the SUV I bought had wheel locks on it and the previous owners didn't leave the key with the unit. They took care of all of it for me. Alex was very helpful and had all the paper work set up and ready for me to sign as soon as I got off work. I was in and out, that has never happened at another dealer.

Again I have had great service and the mechanic fixes right the first time. And they work with the customers.

Randy did a good job of explaining what needed to be done on my car and why. He gave me a quote for the work which was the same as the invoice/bill. He made me feel comfortable able the work performed. The other staff was friendly and Greg, who drove me to and from my place of business, was courteous and a safe driver.

Well, once again, Zia to the rescue! My son had a fender-bender during rush hour traffic on a Friday afternoon. I had the car towed to Zia in hopes of getting it back on the road for school on Tuesday. I appreciate how courteous and kind the staff is to us every visit, but having just been through an accident, it was especially wonderful to be greeted so nicely (when they all just want to get home for the weekend)! Our car was ready next day! Zia is the bomb!

I had a outstanding experience buying a used vehicle from Zia Auto. I had been looking at trucks to pull a 32 foot travel trailor. Everything in my price range was high milage and not so good looking. When I spotted a late model GMC Suburban 2500 SLE on their website I was skeptical because it only had 107.000 miles on it and looked to be in great condition but went into expecting the same thing I was running into at other places Not so great condition and the high milage. I picked my Dad up---(GM Retirey) to go take a look at the suburban. Upon arriving we were met in the lot by Kelly Medina. She let my Dad and myself look it over real good and we were both impressed that the picture on Zia' s Website was pretty accurate. Great Shape for a late model GMC vehicle.. Kelly informed us that it had already gone through a rigourous inspection at Pete' s Garage which is right behind Zia' s. Next we took a test drive. Beautiful ride for a big old beast. Next we met Larry who at first stood back and let Kelly do the selling. Once Larry knew we wanted that beast he stepped in and congratulated myself on the purchase. Kelly in the mean time already had printed the Carfax and wow Two owner vehicle and the milage was correct. I was to pick the vehicle up the next morning, When I got there they had washed it real good the paper work was already in order, Emmisions were also done. It was a very simple cared for purchase.
