Hi Zia was recommended to me by a friend. I must share my experience; squeaking by one of the components linked to the fan belt on my car. Zia took care of it quickly and affordably. Next day at startup squeak was back, went in to have it checked Zia replaced the warranty parts as well as water pump...I was on my way. Next morning startup the squeak was back, I returned for a another visit. Zia found the gremlin and another big price part replacement and labor was on them this time. I can't say enough good things about Zia's customer care. The bill on the last visit was not cheap and it was their nickel I really appreciated that call. That says a great deal about how they treat their customers. I will most definitely be returning with any repairs as needed and also will be passing along a recommendation to anyone and everyone I hear with a repair need. While I waited I visited next door with the sales crew...Zia has a great crew for all your automotive needs!! Bar none!!

I was pleased to see honest work at this shop. Last time my brakes were done it was by "Just Brakes" and cost over $1,300 and was told I needed new pads, rotors, parts etc. etc... When I went to Zia Auto I was told how the rotors could be resurfaced and not all brakes pads need to be replaced and in the effort of good service my brake system was missing a part which was purchased and installed free of charge just to make sure it was done right.
