We especially appreciated the people at Zia for their kindness while we dealt with the problem of repairing our Honda to get back home to Amarillo. Alex was kind enough to give a free ride to the airport to rent a car during the emergency repairs. The mechanics moved our SUV to high priority to accomplish the repair on Monday, the day we were scheduled to leave ABQ. We are glad that we are members of AAA because they recommended Zia Automotive Repair.

I took my vehicle into find out what was wrong with it. Randy was very knowledgeable and honest with me. He did not try to talk me in to repairs, was very courteous and professional. I will return when repairs are needed and would recommend Zia Automotive Repair to others.

It's never fun taking your vehicle for maintenance and repair but these folks make it as painless as possible. Incredibly friendly, pleasant front office and a very experienced and dedicated crew in back. Prices are very reasonable. This is my go-to shop.

As always, my experience was great. My car was done e H end they say. And I can tell the work was done good. I have always recommended this shop to others.

They were polite and professional. They quickly fixed my vehicle. I called before I dropped off the car asking about the warranty coverage. I was told my issue was covered to I took it in. I was informed I the cost and I had to tell them I was told it was covered by the warranty and all of a sudden it wasn't covered. :( however they did give me an approximate 20% off, but the bill was still over $250. I wish I was fully informed so that I could have shopped around. Being a single mother, I need very dollar I can save!
