Being from out of town and not even suppose to be in Albuquerque this shop is by far awesome! Not only were they professional, but they made me feel like a priority and that they wanted the best for me and my 2 children. I was very leary, being female and having no other choices for repair shops, but Alex was reassuring and so were the rest of the staff. I felt very comfortable there. If I ever visit Albuquerque, I will definitely use this shop!

I was very pleased with the service I received. Randy reviewed the paperwork I brought in from another company and discussed with me the work that needed to be done. He explained what was happening each step of the way and I walked out understanding what the issues were with my vehicle and what type of work was going to be done. The vehicle was ready when they said it would be. I have already recommended them to a couple of people I know.

We found a truck at Zia through an on line search and quickly heard back from John. He was friendly and quick to respond to our needs over the phone. We the made a 3+ hour drive to check out the truck where we found John ready to help. :) Service was friendly and easy, a joy to do business with. We will consider them again for future car purchases.
