Major repair! The folks at Zia did a terrific job in getting my F-150 back on the road. I have had other vehicles repaired at this shop and would not have authorized a motor replacement had I not trusted their work. Great people. I am a father who lives in a different state than my daughter who lives in Albuquerque, we got ripped off by a mechanic in Rio Rancho (charged me for services he did not do and some of the things he did do had to be redone). Shawn was very helpful and very accommodating to my daughter even made sure she got to work on time, and fair rates as well. My daughter says her car runs great. Thanks Zia Auto you got another repeat customer.

Great service as always

The only reason I did not give a 5 is that the replacement of my wipers that I requested when I brought the car in did not take place. Otherwise service was very good.

I had previously taken my 2013 Toyota Avalon for a wheel alignment,and was very satisfied with the work done. I brought in my 2010 F 150 to install a drive belt and a wheel alignment and was very satisfied with the work done. I will bring in my daughter’s Highlander for an alignment soon. Thanks for the great work !!

Zia has been very helpful in the past when mechanics at another automotive repair shop made a mess of my vehicle. Zia got it up and running after some work. I was concerned about my charging system. In addition, my vehicle also needed an oil change, today. I was much more worried about the charging system. It turns out that that was an easy fix for Zia (thankfully). Also, changed my oil and oil filter quite efficiently. I know I am in good hands when I bring my car to the mechanics and service writers at Zia Auto Repair.

Zia has been caring for my truck, a 2007 Tacoma with 109K miles, for five years. It is in very good condition, and I trust Zia to keep it going for another 109K.
