I have been going to Zia for several years since I was introduced to them following a failure of a brake job by another service center. The service reps are courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and keep you informed. They provide digital images of any problem areas, explain service rendered and service needed. Mechanics are highly skilled. You can watch service vua wall.of windows into service ares while car is being worked on. They just completed a 60K service on.my car and, as usual, did supberb work. In all my years of drivingin.many differeent states, I never worked with any auto servi c e that can compare with Zia.

Got my vehicle in quickly, kept me up to date through out the process. When I got my vehicle back I was amazed at how well the performance was. Great Job!!!!

Thinking there was a more serious issue with my car, I checked out Zia Automotive as I’ve heard good reviews. Turns out I just needed new brake pads and rotors. Easy fix. They got me in and out quickly on a Saturday. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and give recommendations on future maintenance. They also provide timely updates on the repair of your vehicle. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely return.

Absolutely phenomenal service! Even though we had to bring our car in unexpectedly, the team got to it right away and had it fixed by close of business. They updated me regularly on the status of the repairs and were so good about checking over every inch of the car to make sure everything else was in working order. We will be coming back for sure!
