I have brought may car in twice. The first time I thought my warranty had expired, but the gentlemen advised it was still active and helped me get to another dealership to fix (I wasn't happy with the dealership I bought the car from). The second time, I was sure the warranty had expired and took it in for a check up, to get a quote on windshield replacement and possible coolant leak. They called to advise the water pump had a small leak and let me know the part itself was still under warranty. This saved me $600! They don't replace windows, but gave me a number of a place that would and a quote. Finding an honest and trusted mechanic is a challenge, especially for a woman. They may not have worked on my vehicle, but they continue to be my first point of contact. I told my boyfriend and he had his water pump replaced at a good rate and with good service.
