I had a great experience when taking my 2004 Mercedes Kompressor in for maintenance for the first time. The people were great and they took extra time to make sure my vehicle was running in perfect condition. I will continue taking my car to Pete's Garage / Zia Auto for regular maintenance from now on. my dream was always to purchase a bmw i was looking around so many dealers but they seemed to expensive when i drove by zia dealers the employees were so nice and polite i loved how they handeld all customer needs i felt like being with family the car drives nice and smooth, great conditon and great price on the car i would like to recommend zia auto to anybody looking for a new vehicle of any kind

My experience at Pete's Garage is friendly, knowledgeable people who care about their customers as well as their cars. The building is clean and welcoming to the customer who waits for their vehicle. They will take you to work or home if your repair will take longer. My car is clean and ready when they say it will be. They call if they found something that needs to be done that wasn't on the work list. It is a pleasant place to do business. Summing up: They Care.

My husband and I were in the market for a good quality SUV with a 3rd row seat. We live in Santa Fe and didn't really want to deal with buying a vehical in Albuquerque because in the past, buying a vehical took us a couple days and a few trips to the dealership. We saw an ad in a car magazine with a couple options we might be interested in at Zia. It was a Sunday and we had to be in town anyway so I called to see if they were open and if they had the vehical in question. Alex answered and was very helpful in giving us directions to the lot. When we got there, he greeted us with a warm smile and hand shake. (we didnt feel like we were being bombarded by a cocky, out for your money salesman.) Alex was very knowlegable and directed us to exactly what we told him we were looking for in a car. It was also nice to hear about all the inspections they put the vehicals through before they even see the lot. Plus, they offer a 5 yr/ 100K mile warranty and it wasn't expensive. (100K miles on top of whatever the vehical already has on it) When it came time to do the paperwork, Alex set my kids up with cartoons and snacks while we got down to bussiness. He and his finance department got us an awsome interest rate and payment. Being Sunday, the process took a little longer then it usually does there because the banks aren't open, but honestly, it was the shortest wait we EVER experianced when buying a car. We had to leave a bit of paperwork undone until Monday when the bank was open but Alex drove up to meet us in Santa Fe so that we would not be inconvenienced. Overall, the whole process only took about 3 hours total. We are blown away by how simple and enjoyable Alex and the rest of the staff at Zia made buying our vehical. We will definately be back in the future and send all our family and friends there as well.
