I looooove this place! The guys always take such good care of me. They always call me to let me know what they're gonna have to do beforehand to get my approval on the price. I make my appts online and then just go on. They can take me wherever I need to go to while they're working on my car. They're the only place that I know of that takes a digital inspection of pictures and emails it to me! It helps when they have to explain what's broken. Love them!

I love how much they keep me in the loop of what needs to be maintained on my vehicle. They don't just say they're going to fix it and then surprise me with a whopping bill! They explain what and why and they get my approval before doing anything. I cant say how much I love their digital inspections that you can't find anywhere else in Albuquerque!!! When I used to go to the bigger dealerships they'd just give me an example picture. At Zia, you're looking at the actual picture from you vehicle!!!!

Chris and crew were excellent to me. While I waited for the part to come in for my wheel repair I was greeted a few times by pass employees and crew members. They were warm and friendly while I was kept up to date on the status of the repair. Even after having left to get a new tire, I prompted myself to come back, as walmart's team was taking over an hour just to put a tire on my car, to get ya'll to put it on for me. I'll definitely be bringing my car back as long as my family's other 3 cars. We definitely needed a new mechanic since how we were last treated at a local Firestone service center.

I've bought two jeeps from these guys and had no issues, they also did well with my trade in. Better than the larger dealerships. Had a bit of an issue trying to buy one of their more premium autos before because they generally don't like dropping price on a high demand or luxury vehicle but other than that 2 out of 3 great experiences will have me coming back again!
