Well one thing is forsure this place has some vehicles. The people there are crazy nice and are willing to party if you ask them. LOL

Awesome experience

I know practically nothing about cars, so usually going into shops makes me nervous. I was so comfortable being there, the staff was excellent; made sure I knew everything they were doing in terms I could understand and I didn't feel like it was an outrageous price. My truck runs like a dream now which is just the icing on the cake for me! For as long as I live in New Mexico I will never use another auto repair shop.

I came into Zia Autos Valentine's day weekend totally stressed about buying a vehicle. I don't have the best credit but that didn't stop them from helping me. Their entire staff was very helpful. I couldn't have ended up at a better place. My kids and I feel safe and secure in our new vehicle. I would recommend Zia to anyone I meet.

The sales and financing staff were amazing! They did everything to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Very friendly and they explained everything about the vehicle, showed me all the inspection paperwork. Definitely would reign abs recommend them!!

My high school graduate-daughter and I had been looking for her first vehicle and had a price limit - other dealers were showing us junk for our price point - I thought I would try Zia Auto cause I had seen their commercials. I drove into their lot - right away I was greeted by a very "down to earth" salesman named John Jimenez. I immediately told him my price limit and he showed me a few nice vehicles in our price range. The first vehicle was super clean, drove excellent, and had a new car feel for a used car. I fell in love with the vehicle, but I didn't have my daughter with me. John offered to drive the car to my house to show my 18 year old. She was shocked that a sales rep would bring a car to her. She fell in love with car as soon as she came outside to see it!!! The rest is history -I made an offer and they accepted! We love our new car and it was great dealing with a nice sales rep and the professional staff at Zia Auto.

After my experience with Reliable chevrolet, I saw a nicer chevy cruze on the Lot at Zias and wanted it as soon as possible, I came in to the store and was greeted and Marissa helped me, I told her my situation and how upset i was with reliable chevrolet, she went out of her way and helped me get approved for the car. I took the car on a test drive and was sold! After i took the car home, they gave me a call back today 2/24/16 and said i had a much better payment and rate! I definitely will recommend Zia autos and come back!! Thank You for all that you did for me! 03/23/16- I definitely love the car, received my plate.. and indeed will come back to purchase another vehicle.. Thank you some MUCH ZIA!!

The service that I received was above and beyond the expectations of a normal person. I was treated like royalty and enjoyed every moment of it.

First came to Zia Auto just to get an idea of what car I wanted. Lisa and Frank were awesome and took care of everything. They were both friendly and not like the big dealerships. They knew what they were talking about when it came to the car I purchased. Thanks to them I have a great car!
