I was able to get my dream car (2011 BMW 135i) AND the exact payment date I wanted AND as close to the monthly payment as promised!!! I love that Zia has two options to assist people with their purchase - if you don't have the credit, you can get approved based on your income. Love that flexibility, as it allows me to rebuild my credit. There was a slight glitch with a sensor and tires BUT Zia (James the owner) took care of me - at no extra out of pocket cost to me. James promised to make it right, and he delivered!!! Thank you, I am breathing easy and enjoying my car. In a way, this was a good thing - it allowed me to experience just about every department's professionalism. They were able to ease my concerns, answer my questions and resolve every issue. Bought a very clean, well maintained vehicle here 2 weeks ago and had a positive experience. I researched online every aspect of the year, make and model of cars I was interested in and then searched what was for sale in Abq. After a few months the one I really wanted was for sale at Zia and it was priced below the market average. Made a visit there to see it and Adam assisted me with answering questions and providing needed info re: financing. I was still driving the car I bought new in 1992 and a lot has changed since then. But having the Carfax history and Zia's inspection of the car as well as having all of my questions answered made the decision to buy easy. Plus, I felt I was in good hands through the purchase process with the financing explained in detail. I will definitely recommend Zia Automotive to friends with confidence based on my experience.

My car buying experience with Zia Auto was fun and pleasant which are not typically the 2 words associated with buying a used car. My sales rep Ina listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and was patient while we test drove a few of the beautiful cars on the lot. She guided me to an amazing Mercedes Benz E350, and once I test drove it, it was exactly what I was looking for! Zia also handled my financing which due to the relationships they have with the lenders it was very smooth! I would highly recommend if your in the market for a used vehicle do yourself a favor and come visit this car lot! They are professional and truly care!
