Purchasing my vehicle from Zia Auto was the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked onto the lot I felt valued as a customer and my salesman, Eric Madrid was the best salesman I've ever worked with. He made us feel welcome. The car that initially lead me to Zia had been sold the day before, Eric suggested another car and to be honest I was doubtful at first. He really did sale me this car and he did so without being pushy, aggressive, dishonest and rude. I honestly felt like we had been friends for years. This down to earth, courteous, friendly, personable and overall excellent customer service is rare. Before I made the decision to visit Zia I had done my homework about the vehicle and the dealership. Zia had minimal complaints over the many years in business, unlike some other dealerships I researched which I chose not to even visit. The car I bought was actually the first car I saw. I drove it, Eric explained the features and answered my questions, for questions he did not know the answer to he was honest and said so but he also took the time to find the answer. I had my reservations about the car and expressed that to him, he took it in stride but his attitude towards me never wavered. I went home did more research and decided to return to drive the car again. I loved it and bought it. If you truly want to be treated like a valued customer and appreciated and are in the market for a car Zia should be your very first stop. Rafael was my finance contact, he was friendly and outgoing and professional. He explained everything and was patient as I asked questions. I decided to purchase the power train warranty from Zia as opposed to my own lien-holder because it was a much better value. Eric explained that Zia wants to make the car buying experience excellent because they rely on repeat business and I have to admit I will send everyone I know in the market for a car to Zia. I also like the fact that I can take my vehicle to them for routine maintenance and to be serviced. I was treated better by the pretty eyed service guy at Zia than when I went to BMW to purchase an extra key. I'm all about customer service and I am not the easiest consumer to please but Zia has exceeded my expectations. I hope you'll allow them to exceed yours as well. Thanks Eric -- I love my 328i!!
